Just thinking / spring fever

Good morning friends I hope you all are having a great week ! You know I was thinking about a conversation me and a friend was having on FB the other day about " the little things " I hate it so bad for my boys because in my opinion society in general is just terrible . The way people act , think , everything I mean lets think about name two tv shows that you can sit down with Childern and watch I bet you can't do it , everything is all this reality crud ! Marriage means nothing in this generation , shootings in the paper every morning why do people want to make the only life we have as far as we know so hard ? I love living life as simplest as I can in today's time . As I see examples of this like a lady pumping gas while her husband is in the car WHAT!!! I don't know maybe I'm just old fashion but I do try to be a great example for my boys . I do know I've never let anyone down before no mater if its in marriage or friendship or fatherhood and im not perfect but im proud of how i am . My favorite song is " you have to stand for something or you'll fall for anything ". In the song it's says never compromise what's right I love the lyrics . At the end of our conversation she said that were far and few between and I thought how did it get like that ?
Ok enough of that I feel bad for even saying this considering what you guys north of here have been dealing with but I'm ready for spring !! As I walked around the yard this weekend I see so much I want to do . Lets just tough it out a little more !!!! I hope you all are having a great week ! Oh by the way it's my birthday today I'm getting old ladies 34 today !
